Official Shipping and Delivery Policy
1. Fully Insured Signature Delivery
To safeguard high-value sports collectibles, all items shipped by AirShow23 are dispatched via premium carriers (FedEx/UPS/USPS Priority Express) with full commercial insurance and a mandatory Direct Adult Signature requirement.
  • Packages cannot be redirected, left at a doorstep, or signed for by a minor under any circumstances.
  • Shipping charges are calculated dynamically based on weight, dimensions, and the total required insurance valuation.
2. High-Ticket Wire Fulfillment Dispatch
For all assets acquired via the "Dogfight Airstrike Premier" channel or any transaction utilizing manual bank wire transfer:
  • Shipment will be strictly held until AirShow 23's financial institution confirms that the physical bank wire transfer has completely cleared and settled.
  • Once funds are fully secured, items enter our professional packing queue and are dispatched within two (2) business days. Tracking data will be automatically emailed to your registered account the moment the carrier scans the package.
3. Finality of Carrier Tracking Data
Pursuant to North Carolina commercial code, risk of loss transitions to the Buyer the exact moment the carrier logs a successful delivery with a verified adult signature at your designated shipping address. AirShow 23 logs all carrier internal tracking telemetry and signature digital certificates. Requests for refunds or claims of non-delivery following a verified, signed-for carrier scan are legally void and will not be honored.
