Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

At AirShow 23, we deal exclusively in highly volatile, high-value, and authenticated sports collectibles and premium memorabilia. Because our dynamic falling-price ("Dogfight" / "Airstrike Premier") auction formats, traditional auctions and fixed-price drops instantly lock out inventory and pull items from a live public market, all sales are final.
By completing a purchase, claiming an item, or initiating a bank wire on our platform, you explicitly agree to the following terms regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations under North Carolina law.
1. Strict No-Returns and No-Refunds Policy
Except as expressly provided in Section 3 (Authenticity Standards) below, AirShow23 does not accept returns, and all payments are non-refundable.
  • No Buyer's Remorse: We do not offer refunds, store credits, or exchanges for "change of mind," financial hardship, buyer's remorse, or failure to read item descriptions.
  • Accidental Claims: Because our dynamic claim buttons require deliberate interaction, claims of "accidental clicks" or unauthorized account use by family members will not invalidate the binding sale or trigger a refund.
2. "As-Is" Condition Policy
High-end sports collectibles carry unique, intrinsic physical characteristics.
  • Visual Description: Every item listed on AirShow23 is presented with high-resolution photography and an explicit text description detailing its condition, grade, and accompanying certification.
  • Buyer Review: By placing a claim or purchasing an item, you acknowledge that you have fully inspected the visual assets provided. Minor manufacturing variances, centering shifts on trading cards, or natural aging of autographed materials do not qualify an item for a return or refund.
3. Absolute Authenticity & Verification Standards
The integrity of our memorabilia is our absolute highest priority. To protect our collectors and maintain the highest market standards, we strictly enforce the following multi-tiered authentication framework:
  • Approved Authentication Issuers: All autographed and premium memorabilia items offered by AirShow23 are accompanied by industry-leading documentation. This includes Upper Deck Authenticated (UDA) tamper-proof holograms, certification letters/cards from PSA/DNA, JSA (James Spence), or Beckett (BAS), or quick reviews and authentication letters issued by GOAT Authentics.   • Binding Status of Listed Certification: The specific certification or letter detailed on the individual product page at the time of sale is agreed upon by both Buyer and AirShow23 as the final, absolute, and binding authority regarding that asset's authenticity.
  • No Subjective Reversals: Because high-value vintage and modern collectibles can yield varying subjective interpretations among individual hobbyists, subsequent outside opinions or unverified grading determinations shall not invalidate a sale, nor shall they constitute grounds for a return, refund, or credit card chargeback.
4. Shipping, Damage, and Insurance Claims
All high-value items shipped by AirShow23 are fully insured via a premium carrier and require a direct adult signature upon delivery.
  • Transit Damage: In the rare event that an item is physically damaged during shipping transit, you must contact us within twenty-four (24) hours of delivery.
  • Required Documentation: You must retain all original packaging materials and provide clear, high-resolution photographs of the damaged shipping box and the damaged collectible asset.
  • Resolution: We will immediately open a comprehensive insurance claim with the carrier. Once the carrier's investigation confirms transit damage, we will process a replacement, store credit, or full refund as dictated by the insurance payout.
5. Order Cancellation and Restocking Policies
  • By the Buyer: Once an item is claimed or paid for, the order cannot be canceled by the buyer.
  • By AirShow23 (Non-Payment): For our "Airstrike Premier" items over $2,500, if a buyer fails to complete their manual bank wire transfer within the mandatory 24-hour performance window, AirShow23 will instantly cancel the order. The buyer will forfeit their hold, the account will be permanently banned for breach of contract, and the item will be restocked back into the live dynamic pool.
6. Governing Law, Dispute Resolution, and Venue
These terms and any transaction executed on this storefront shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any fraudulent chargeback attempts or payment reversals initiated through PayPal or a credit card issuer to bypass these strict terms will be aggressively fought using the electronic clickwrap audit trails logged at checkout.
Both parties explicitly agree that any legal actions, claims, or formal disputes regarding this policy shall be handled exclusively in courts operating within Johnston County, North Carolina.
