  • While we strive to maintain absolute synchronization, AirShow23 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free platform access.
  • We are not legally or financially liable for claims resulting from internet latency, browser synchronization delays, network dropouts, or device hardware rendering speeds that may cause a user's local countdown ticker to differ from our master system server timestamp.
  • In the event of a catastrophic server failure or obvious database glitch during a dynamic drop, AirShow 23 reserves the absolute right to void any erroneous claims and reschedule the release event.
3. Third-Party Trademarks & Affiliation Limitations
AirShow23 is an independent secondary-market gallery and asset broker specializing in authentic sports memorabilia and historical artifacts.
  • Any references to specific athletes (including but not limited to Michael Jordan), professional sports leagues (including but not limited to the NBA), or manufacturing brands (including but not limited to Nike or Upper Deck) are made strictly for descriptive provenance and catalog identification purposes.
  • AirShow23 is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partner to any professional sports franchise, league, player estate, or corporate manufacturer.
4. Professional Auctioneer Licensing Compliance
  • All dynamic falling-price event sequences ("Dogfight" and "Airstrike Premier"), private placements, traditional auctions and fixed-price drops managed across this platform are conducted under the professional authority and direct supervision of an auctioneer duly licensed by the North Carolina Auctioneer Licensing Board (NCALB).     • All sales are executed in strict accordance with North Carolina General Statutes Chapter 85B.
    • Every consignment item is backed by a legal, written contract between AirShow 23 and the property owner.
    • AirShow 23 maintains a dedicated escrow account and holds a fiduciary duty to our consignors to manage advertising, payments, and settlements under the highest standards of the auction profession

5. Financial Transaction and Collection Enforcement
AirShow23 maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding fraudulent intent, phantom claims, or malicious payment interference. By accessing this platform, you explicitly agree that any malicious default on a contractually binding claim will result in immediate file handoff to our legal counsel and localized collections agents within Johnston County, North Carolina. Defaulters shall be held strictly liable for all collection fees, legal overhead, and administrative disruption damages.
